Modern Approach towards Photography

I consider Photography in the modern approach has evolved significantly due to advancements in technology and changes in how we create, share, and consume visual content. Here are some key aspects of modern photography:

  1. Digital Dominance: Digital cameras, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and even smartphone cameras, have become the primary tools for modern photographers. Film photography, while still appreciated for its artistic qualities, has largely been replaced by digital formats, I still use Film every now and then, although As of today 2023 times, technology has greatly improved and must say I started feeling comfortable with it, not long ago digital photography's quality wasn't say, very pleasant compared to film, anyway since all my shooting was done primarily with medium format cameras and then scanned for editorial design and printing process it certainly is a plus with certain gear which we'll go over eventually inside this blog.


  1. Smartphone Photography: The widespread use of smartphones with high-quality built-in cameras has democratized photography. Many people now use their smartphones as their primary camera, allowing them to capture and share moments instantly.

  8. Diverse Genres: Photography now encompasses a wide range of genres, from portrait and landscape to street, wildlife, architectural, and even drone photography. Specialized photography communities and genres continue to emerge.


  10. 360-Degree and VR Photography: Advancements in technology have given rise to immersive photography experiences, such as 360-degree photos and virtual reality (VR) photography, enabling viewers to interact with images in new ways.

Which when analyzed in depth it's very much the same with improved ease and extended appliances.

In the modern approach, photography has become a dynamic and multifaceted art form and profession.
